Before paying, confirm the technical work included, whether plans are part of it, the deliverables and the terms if you do not proceed. Do not assume these services are included without an agreement.

Do I have to pay to see options or request a consultation?
No. Creating an account, describing your project, exploring builders and requesting a consultation requires no payment. The deposit applies to the formal quote stage if you choose to proceed and accept its terms.
Does a recommendation guarantee a price or availability?
No. Compatibility uses your project details and the information declared by each company. It does not guarantee a final price, availability on a specific date or construction results.
What if there are no compatible builders?
You will see that there are currently no matches. You can review your preferences or explore the catalog; we do not add fictional companies to fill the results.
When will someone contact me?
A team member reviews the request and coordinates contact using the details you confirmed. You can provide a preferred time, but we do not promise a response date or an appointment until it is agreed.
Does a recommended builder receive my details?
Not just by appearing in your results. When requesting a consultation, you authorize sharing your project and contact information with the chosen builder to prepare that consultation.
Does Kaliza build or supervise my home?
No. This prototype connects projects with builders and records commercial follow-up. It does not carry out construction, replace accredited professionals or provide construction supervision through the platform.
