Our story and team · El Salvador
An idea born to make the beginning clearer.
Kaliza took shape at the CUBO IA Hackathon in El Salvador. Here we share what inspired the idea and who is developing this prototype.

Why we exist
Starting a project can raise difficult questions.
Whether you live in El Salvador or far away, starting a home project brings questions. Kaliza grew out of one of them: how can the first step be clearer?
Our mission
We are exploring how to bring useful information to the early decisions behind a home project. Kaliza is a first version we are putting to the test.
The name that brings us together
Kal. Cal. Caliza.
Kal, cal, and caliza form a play on ideas that we use to tell the brand’s story.
Kal · Home
In our story, Kal evokes home: the starting point of a story and the place we hope to return to.
Cal · Tradition
Lime evokes everyday materials and the spaces we live in; that association inspires the brand story.
Caliza · Transformation
Limestone inspires an image of material taking shape in the spaces still to come.
